The bride-elect is the daughter of Tim and Joy Geis of Montclova. She is a 2007 graduate of Anthony Wayne High school and a 2011 graduate of Bowling Green State University. She is employed at Verizon Wireless.

Her fiancé is the son of Greg and Beth Griffiths of Paulding. He is a 2006 graduate of Paulding High School and is the owner of Dave’s Lawn Enforcement.

PAULDING — Brandon Rhonehouse and Melissa Bassler of Paulding, along with their children, Kaden, Brianna and Blake, wish to announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Larry Bassler Sr. and Sherie Pike, both of Paulding. She is an occupational therapy assistant at the Laurels of defiance.

Her fiancé is the son of Roger and Lisa Rhonehouse of Paulding and is employed at Vulcraft in St. Joe, Ind.

The couple will exchange wedding vows on Oct. 20 in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Seth Evans and Abbie Comer will be joined together in marriage at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012 at Kingsley United Methodist Church in Van Wert.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Pat Comer of Grover Hill and Bernadette Bennett of Paulding. Abbie is a graduate of Wayne Trace High School and received her bachelor’s of science in nursing degree from the University of Saint Francis. She is employed as an RN at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Heart Institute, in Fort Wayne.

The prospective groom is the son of David and Beth Evans of Van Wert. He is a graduate of Lincolnview High School and is employed at P&L Fertilizer in Middle Point.

PAYNE – Aimee E. Heck and Kent T. Hockenberry have announced their engagement and approaching marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Daniel and Debra Heck of Payne. She is a 2010 graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with an associate of science degree with a major in general studies and a 2011 graduate of Rudae’s School of Beauty Culture. She is employed at Fantastic Sam’s in Fort Wayne and Red Angel Pizza in Paulding.

Her fiancé is the son of Jack and Marjorie Hockenberry of Shelby Township, Mich. He is a 2012 graduate of Macomb Community College with an associate of applied science degree in physical therapist assistant. He is employed at Personalized Physical Therapy in Sterling Heights, Mich.

Plans are being made for a Nov. 24, 2012 ceremony at the Calvary Evangelical Church in Van Wert.

Dr. Brittany Nicole Rhonehouse and Spencer Anthony Riley will be joined together in marriage on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. in their current resident city of Chicago.

Parents of the bride are Jeff and Cheryl Rhonehouse of Antwerp; parents of the groom are Michael and Kristen Riley of Mansfield.

The ceremony is set to be held at Loyola University’s Piper Hall, and the reception will be held at the Embassy Suites - Chicago.

The elated couple has been together for over four years, and met while both attended The Ohio State University in Columbus.

Brittany recently received her doctorate in chiropractic medicine from National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, and is the head practitioner of the acupuncture and rehab departments of Total Balance Chiropractic in Chicago’s Lakeview area.

Spencer is finishing his MBA with a concentration in human resources, and is a business development manager at Swoon Technology Resources, a technology consulting and recruiting firm in Chicago.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Chris and Barb Walker and Steve and Liz Pessefall of Paulding. She is a graduate of Paulding High School and the Medical Career Center in Virginia Beach, Va. She is employed at Bryan Hospital as a unit secretary in the emergency room.

Her fiancé is the son of Norvil and Christine Hounshell of Cecil. He is a graduate of Antwerp High School and an OEF veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He is employed at New Millennium in Butler, Ind.

She is a 2004 graduate of Paulding High School and received her bachelor of fine arts degree in electronic media from the University of Cincinnati in 2008. She is a product entry specialist at Beach Trading Company in Edison, N.J.

Her fiancé is the son of Kenneth and Rebecca Prenger of Minster. He is a 2004 graduate of Minster High School and earned his bachelor of science degree in computer science at the University of Cincinnati in 2009. He is an IT senior analyst at Johnson and Johnson in Raritan, N.J.
