I live on the west side of town. I grew up on this side of town. It was always a nice neighborhood growing up. People kept their yards mowed, trash picked up, weeds chopped down, houses repaired, etc. This is no longer the case. I am concerned about the garbage bags that are piling up at a neighbor’s house. I do not know if it’s garbage or other things in the bags. We already have skunks and other small animals running the neighborhood. We do not need somebody putting out an open invitation for additional critters. Why are these not put out for our garbage service to remove? I contacted the health department about this a month ago. The pile of garbage bags continues to grow. This is an eyesore as well as a possible health concern. What does a person do? Who does a person need to contact to get their neighborhood cleaned up?
