Beck’s Hybrids conducts annually extensive corn and soybean research to improve crop yields. They recently released a 256-page book on their recent results. Research is conducted throughout the USA, Midwest, and Ohio.
ANTWERP – In a Paulding County battle of softball teams looking for their first win in Green Meadows Conference play, it was host Antwerp that used a three-run fifth to defeat visiting Wayne Trace 3-1 Wednesday evening.
CONVOY – A five-run seventh inning sealed a 10-3 victory for the Wayne Trace baseball team over rival Crestview in Convoy Friday evening.
ANTWERP — The Antwerp boys and girls track and field teams hosted Holgate, Montpelier and Ottoville in a quad meet Tuesday night.
Van Wert Civic Theatre’s newest production, The Play That Goes Wrong, is a true comedy of errors, since just about anything that could go wrong, does in this hilarious British farce.
The Paulding Community Garage Sale is on May 16 & 17, 2025. This project is supported by members of the Paulding community and all funds collected are used to promote this event.
There is no doubt that this has been one of the warmest springs in recent memory. Though there is no guarantee that we will not get a late frost, the last time we had temperatures low enough for one was April 17th, when we dipped to 32 degrees. Our average last frost date generally falls between May 1-10.
