Some might remember that The Paulding Progress was founded in 1949, combining the previous two papers, the Paulding Democrat and the Paulding Republican. Doing the math, one realizes that was 75 years ago.
Though a little later this year, we are experiencing the autumn splendor of color from our deciduous trees. The maples are especially vibrant, with hues of red, orange, and yellow.

On September 28th, seven members from the Paulding FFA chapter attended the September trapshoot at The Paulding Fish and Game Club. This was the first trap shoot they have done this year.
