VAN WERT — The region experienced weather extremes Wednesday, with thunderstorms, hail, and fluctuating temperatures before severe storms moved through the area in the evening.
OTTOVILLE — The Ottoville Lady Green (1-3) struggled to keep pace with a surging Wayne Trace (1-3) squad Monday evening, falling 16-0 in a five-inning contest.
On Saturday, March 22, the county’s Cub Scouts troops competed in the annual pinewood box derby race. Each den awarded first-place plaques to the winners, who will go on to the council race in April.
