PAYNE – Thursday night was Senior Night at Pleasant Valley Golf Course for the Wayne Trace boys golf team with the Raiders posting a 154-177 victory over Paulding County rival Antwerp.
WEST UNITY – Antwerp wrapped up the non-conference portion of the high school football season Saturday evening as the Archers recorded their first victory in a 36-0 win at Hilltop.
WAUSEON – Wayne Trace’s girls golf team made the trip to Ironwood Golf Course Saturday to take part in the Archbold Invitational where the Lady Raiders posted an eleventh place finish.
HAVILAND – Braxton Leeth ran for 231 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Crestview Knights to a 41-20 win over Wayne Trace Friday night in high school football action at Raider Field.
DELPHOS — Paulding scored 33 straight points and ended up with a 33-7 victory Saturday night over host Jefferson in a non-league gridiron tuneup at Stadium Park.
HAVILAND — Crestview dominated from start to finish in a 25-7, 25-15, 25-13 win over Wayne Trace Thursday. The Lady Knights are now 3-2, the Lady Raiders 0-5.
PIONEER – The Paulding defense posted its second straight shutout with the Panther offense producing plenty of points in a 61-0 victory over North Central Friday night in high school football action.
The Raiders came to the Jungle to face off against Paulding’s Lady Panthers in GMC Volleyball action. Paulding came in on a three-game winning streak. The Lady Raiders of Wayne Trace were looking for their first win in this Conference match-up against their county rivals.
COLUMBUS GROVE – Cross Country featured a busy weekend for the local schools as a pair of schools took part in the Columbus Grove Invitational while the third school ran in a night race for the first time.
