OAKWOOD – Jennifer J. Eddings, 53, of Oakwood, died January 10, 2025, at ProMedica Defiance. She was born June 19, 1971, in Paulding to Klee and Caroline (Gray) Dangler of Cecil.

Jennifer leaves behind her three children: Destiny Dangler-Reed of Paulding, Tristin Eddings of Van Wert and Alana Eddings of Oakwood; two grandchildren: Teagan Vance and Taizlee Reed; three siblings: Kim Burditt of Summerville, SC, Tony Dangler of Oakwood, and Todd (Jen) Dangler of Oakwood; niece, nephews, and several great nephews.

She was preceded in death by an infant brother, Shawn Dangler.

Jennifer was a direct support manager for CRSI and worked many years serving people at Parc Lane Training Center and PC Workshop. It brought her joy to give a helping hand to anyone in need. In her younger years, Jennifer enjoyed showing horses. She loved spending time outdoors, music, and traveling. Jennifer especially loved her family and friends. She was meant to be a grandma as her grandchildren were her whole world. Jennifer was loved by many and will be missed dearly.

Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 17, 2025, at Oakwood Community Church, with Pastor Bud Larimore officiating. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m., Thursday at HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Oakwood and one hour prior to the service Friday at the church.
