SPENCERVILLE – The Paulding and Wayne Trace cross country teams made the trip to Allen County on Saturday to take part in the Spencerville Invitational where the Panther boys led the way placing fifth in the black division.
PAULDING – The Paulding Panthers wrapped up a perfect non-league portion of the schedule with a 27-2 victory over Delphos Jefferson Friday night in high school football action at Keysor Field. The Panthers, who have outscored opponents 119-2 in the first three weeks, totaled 325 yards of offense against the Wildcats while giving up just 77 yards.

Dear Divine Mercy Parishioners and Friends, We want to share with you the latest progress regarding the status for Saint John the Baptist (SJTB) Church, Divine Mercy Parish, in Payne. As stated before, the Dicastery, in response to our previous recourse, ruled that the Bishop made no errors and confirmed the 16 October 2023 Decree of Relegation, allowing the closing to proceed.
The Kiwanis Club of Paulding County was privileged to have Mike Zeedyk (Youth for Christ Clubs), as the guest speaker at the September 5, 2024, club meeting. Mike came at the invitation of Kevin Stahl (Stahl Stoller Meyer Insurance, Paulding, Ohio). Mike spoke to the Kiwanians about the many services provided throughout the Youth for Christ Clubs and the benefits that they have on our youth. YFC reaches young people everywhere and helps raise up lifelong followers of Jesus. YFC is kicking off Club 56 and Club 78 for the new school year. YFC offers a variety of activities during the summer and school year.
PAULDING, VAN WERT – The Van Wert County Economic Development office will be hosting a “Build your Future” event on September 18th, 2024 at the Van Wert County Fairgrounds. All Paulding County schools are invited to attend this year’s event. This event will be divided into two sessions – a morning session + afternoon session.
