Paulding Council updates water dept. rules, fees

PAULDING – Paulding Village Council approved some rule changes for the water department, heard the mayor ask for support of a ballot issue and discussed a new cemetery structure at its regular meeting Monday, April 28.

Paulding Fairground vandalized

PAULDING - On the evening of April 22, vandals struck the Paulding County Fairgrounds. It was the second time that vandals struck following a 2024 incident where several buildings were spraypainted, including the Paulding FFA shed which sells Smoked Sausage sandwiches every year at the Paulding County Fair. 

Good Friday Spent with Family

It’s a cool April evening with a temperature of 53 degrees. The wind makes it feel colder than that though. I washed clothes and they dried on the lines. It was a challenge trying to keep the clothes on the lines with the wind. Daughter Verena had a doctor appointment this afternoon. She needed someone to go with her to load and unload her mobility scooter so I went with her.
