Campbell Soup admits to Clean Water Act violations at Napoleon plant
NAPOLEON- In a filing with the Northern District of Ohio federal court, Campbell’s Soup admits to nearly 5,400 violations of the Clean Water Act from its Napoleon Plant dumping into the Maumee River, which flows into Lake Erie.
