DEFIANCE - The Ohio State Highway Patrol's Defiance Post is investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash. The crash occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025. The crash happened at the intersection of State Route 18 and The Bend Road in Defiance County.
JACKSON TOWNSHIP - On Sunday at approximately 11:41 a.m., troopers with the Van Wert Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol were dispatched to a fatal crash involving three vehicles on ST RT 637 at Rd. 138 in Jackson Township, Paulding County.
PAULDING – The Van Wert Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle fatal traffic crash that occurred on September 16, 2025 at 1:14 p.m. The crash occurred on County Road 123 north of County Road 126 in Jackson Township, Paulding County.

NAPOLEON – The Bowling Green Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a three-vehicle fatal crash that occurred on July 30 at 10:37 a.m. on U.S. Route 24 near Industrial Drive in Liberty Township.
VAN WERT – The Van Wert Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle, fatal crash that occurred on June 17, 2025 at 1:04 p.m. The crash occurred at the intersection of Van Wert Decatur Road and US 224 in Pleasant Township, Van Wert County.
