CHP debuts improvements to Adult Day Center
VAN WERT - CHP Home Care and Hospice was forced to close their Adult Day Center on Westwood Drive in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that the worst effects have passed, they have not only been open but renovating and expanding their services.
