COLUMBUS, Ohio – Sally Wannemacher, Court Administrator of the Paulding County Common Pleas Court, Probate/Juvenile Division, of Payne, Ohio was among 43 court administrators, clerks, probation officers, and other court employees from across Ohio to graduate as a Certified Court Manager from the nationally recognized Court Management Program (CMP).
